The Marketing & Communications Executive is essential in advancing the company’s strategic goals through integrated marketing and communications initiatives. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role collaborates closely with internal teams and Head Office to ensure cohesive brand identity and messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications schedule aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing and event activities, providing insights to senior management.

**Marketing**:

- Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at achieving strategic business goals and acquiring new clients.
- Collaborate with the business development team to design innovative marketing materials that support their initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

**Communications**:

- Work alongside internal experts and external partners to effectively communicate departmental activities.
- Drive internal communication platforms to keep staff informed and engaged with company goals.
- Manage external corporate communications and media relations, building positive relationships with press and industry publications.
- Enhance social media strategies and integrate them with marketing efforts.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Develop and implement a customer engagement calendar in partnership with internal teams.
- Plan and oversee events and initiatives that boost brand awareness and strengthen customer relationships.

**Sponsorship & Vendor Management**:

- Identify sponsorship opportunities that align with industry relevance to increase brand visibility.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with external agencies and vendors to support marketing activities.

**Budgeting & Stakeholder Management**:

- Plan, compile, and report on annual marketing budgets, ensuring responsible expenditure.
- Cultivate relationships with operational leaders and key stakeholders to align marketing efforts across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or PR, or a relevant local diploma from a recognized institution.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to senior management.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,100.00 per month
