**JOB TITLE**:Reinsurance Services Coordinator : Submission Management (& Data Entry)**
A boutique reinsurance broking entity with a SEA presence is seeking for individuals with insurance experience (min. 3 years) for the role position of, Reinsurance Services
Coordinator
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage submission management system including the entire lifecycle of new accounts (contracts), renewals and their corresponding endorsements
2. Implement the Company’s formal quality management process related to facultative reinsurance slips including verifying the completeness of the content of the slip
4. Ensure that Reinsurance Slip are signed by participating reinsurers and counter
- signed by insurer/ cedant on a timely manner
5. Maintain a systematic process to track compliance
6. Ensure compliance with the reinsurance slip checklist and quality assurance programme
7. Report instantly reinsurance slip quality deviations to the respective Team Leader and/ or Executive Management
8. Prepare a consolidated monthly report of quality review findings along with recommendations to Executive Management
9. Contribute to the improvement of the Company’s quality review procedures
**Key Skills**
Strong attention to details with accuracy in data processing task
Excellent Organisation skills with the ability to manage and prioritize own workload whilst adhering to tight and pressing datelines
Ability to learn and adapt quickly and to thrive in a high-pressure working environment
Independent, ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player
Three (3) to five (5) years of commercial insurance (non-life), preferably reinsurance broking experience
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability in producing Management Reports and data analysis
Proficiency in Computer Skills particularly MS Office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
Proficiency other than English language is an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
