**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**JOB TITLE : REINSURANCE SERVICES COORDINATOR - CLAIMS & ENDORSEMENT**

**REPORTING MATRIX**

Direct reporting to Regional Chief Executive Officer& Director - Southeast Asia

Dotted-line matrix reporting to Chief Broking Officer

Responsible for managing all Endorsements and Claims activities of the account, including generating the corresponding financial documents/ closings

Provides support to the risk placement brokers and renewal preservation team members on assigned accounts

Monitor key account activities and tasks throughout the reinsurance services life cycle to promote complete and timely compliance with quality and regulatory
- driven processes and procedures in accordance with Company guidelines

Conduct Client analysis (Cedant, Reinsurer and Co-Broking Partners) on a quarterly basis and as required. Analysis shall include account volume, premium placed, commission earned, loss performance and other key client statistics.

Liaise with other team members internally to facilitate efficient and effective post
- placement activities and services to Brokers and Clients including assisting in accounts receivables/ payments

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Receive and acknowledge Endorsement/ Claim Request

Communicate and coordinate with RI and source for completion of the request

Enter the request and update the status in Endorsement/ Claim tracker

Prepare, track and monitor receipt of Endorsement/ Claims in accordance with business process templates

Coordinate the research, processing and resolution of client issues i.e. accounting, claims, contract wording and billings, including follow-up and final resolution and provide information to the placement brokers as necessary

Obtain properly signed endorsement slips from markets and aggressively purse them until they receive them

Review endorsement slips to ensure they are consistent and accurately reflect binding agreement or terms negotiated on behalf of clients and reinsurers

Advise management about client issues or trends through clear and concise communication

Prepare accounts analysis/ client analysis before the meeting with Clients

Attend internal and external client service meetings and coordinate audits as necessary

Attending/ Visiting reinsurer meetings as available

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

All documents should be stored in respective folder in Dropbox. Should follow the folder structure as communicated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
