Strategic Sourcing Manager
- Software/Hardware/Services/Facilities/Logistic (IRAS)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Consult and support business stakeholders on all procurement relate activities assigned by team lead.

2. Independently lead the implementation of the sourcing initiative and commercial negotiation as a project lead.

3. Establish and maintain close relationship with both internal and external business stakeholders

4. Establish and maintain close relationship with suppliers

5. Able to work independently in a challenging and fast pace organization

6. Collaborate with other procurement personnel within the iHis organization and other health institution

7. Provide support to key stakeholders on the sourcing lifecycle including driving procurement efficiency, RFx activities, document drafting, contracting, supplier on-boarding, negotiation and supplier management

Qualification

1. University degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or Computer Science or equal

2. More than 5 years of working experience in managing indirect procurement

3. Experience in stakeholder management and maintaining professionalism in communication across all levels

4. Experience in negotiation execution of contracts with vendors.

5. Strong analytical skills

6. Worked in a Government Agency or Healthcare is considered a plus

7. Good self-organization and project management skill

8. Team player, proactive, flexible and goal oriented
