**What you will do**:
- **Performance Cycle Operations**:Support the operational tasks of the performance review cycle, including coordination, data preparation, follow-up, and progress tracking.
- **Market Data Research**:Assist in collecting and analyzing market salary data to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
- **Data Cleaning & Analysis**:Perform basic data cleaning and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- **HR Project Participation**:Contribute to other HR initiatives related to employee performance and rewards.
**Requirements**:
- **Duration**:At least 3 months
- **Language**:Proficiency in English as the working language.
- **Skills**:
- Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data with strong problem-solving abilities.
- **Educational Background**:Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Statistics, or related fields.
- **Interest and Understanding**:Interest in performance management and rewards. Having basic knowledge of HR concepts is an advantage.
