To strengthen our teams in high-potential markets, we are looking for a **Technical Sales Engineer** (M/F).
Reporting to the Manager of the Industrial Thermography product line, you will **develop sales on the South East Asia & Oceania geographical perimeter**.
**Specifically**:
- You **process the incoming leads** generated by our marketing actions.
- You identify new leads and**prospect for new accounts**;
- You**ensure the sales operations** and the **product promotion **by setting up product demonstrations during customer meetings, trade shows;
- After analyzing the customer's specific request, you**build the technical-sales proposals**;
- You**negotiate sales contracts** in accordance with the Group's sales strategy;
- You**manage the progress of your projects** and carry out the necessary reporting;
- You**identify, develop and manage a sales network of agents and distributors** and thus enhance our leadership position. You train them on the products and accompany them to meetings.
- As a reference interlocutor, you will**maintain a privileged relationship** with your customers.
- You are in interface with the production and support teams.
Upon your arrival, you will follow a training period on infrared technologies, our products, processes and sale arguments.
You have at least **3 years of experience in a similar Instrumentation Sales** position in a heavy - industry oriented environment.
The knowledge of the industrial network in SEA of one of the following industries: cement, waste incineration, power plant, steel, is a plus.
**"Results-oriented",** your tenacity and interpersonal skills are essential assets for this position.
You must have a good command of English in order to communicate with your partners both in writing and orally. Fluency in another language is a plus.
- Position based in Singapore
- Expected mobility (between 25% & 50% of the time).
- Salary based on experience level (Fixed salary + Bonus).
