**What the role is**
- You lead a team managing general administration across various functional areas, primarily in registry, logistics and manpower to ensure the department run in an effective and efficient manner.

**What you will be working on**
- Manage document registry - Manage administration processes such as onboarding, recruitment etc. - Coordinate departmental events - Handle logistics and stocktake - Support secretariat duties during the absence of the Secretary - Support in finance related matters in the absence of the Finance Officer Challenge(s) - Managing diverse administrative portfolios - Ensuring seamless departmental operations
