**PURPOSE**

This role will support the Life Product team to drive the entire product management cycle, from product ideation and product launches across both the Digital and IFA channels.

**KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES**:

- Contribute innovative life insurance product ideas to create USPs across both the Digital and IFA channels
- Support the team in preparing product documents relating to market comparisons, product summaries, marketing materials and regulatory filings
- Support the team in full product launches such as preparing for product approvals to Product Committee at both local and Group level
- Support the team in product related UAT activities
- Assist in the coordination and communication of team deliverables to the wider project implementation workgroup

**QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience in life insurance product launches would be an advantage

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY**:

- Strong understanding on system dependencies
- Strong in managing internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Fast learner
- Highly adaptable
