**JOB PURPOSE**
- Provide mentorship/guidance in event management with the implementation of youth-led initiatives at schools and community
- Plan and implement programmes under Red Cross Junior
- Work with volunteers of RCY and Volunteer Management
- Work with volunteers to identify and suggest the engagement of proposed vendors for the conduct of relevant Learning & Development opportunities for RCY members and Youth Leaders
- Work with the community and introduce RCY programmes to kids and their parents
- Work with various National Agencies and Industry Organisations in the curation and refresh of the Humanitarian Trail activity stations at the Red Cross Training Campsite as well as other Youth Hub facilities and programmes
- Respond to public enquiries related to the work of Red Cross Youth
- Assist in the drafting of Department reports and budgets

To plan, manage and effectively implement programmes and projects undertaken by the Singapore Red Cross Youth (RCY), taking the IFRC Youth Policy as point of reference for the standard in working with and for young people throughout the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies (IFRC)
- Red Cross Red Crescent (RCRC) Southeast Asia Youth Network (SEAYN)
- Support the appointed Youth Leader (volunteer) in ensuring the active participation and contribution at the RCRC SEAYN as a Youth Focal Staff of Singapore Red Cross Society, by sharing activities best practices with their peers
- Youth Sector in Singapore
- Liaise with other like-minded Youth Sector Organisations, Grassroots Organisations and/or other Uniformed Groups to explore synergies in the implementation of youth-led initiatives
- Services of the Singapore Red Cross
- Liaise and work with internal staff for common projects or other matters
