Asia is key to Rentokil Initial’s global growth plans with £300m of ongoing revenues, across 14 markets. Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam cluster makes up to £52M of ongoing revenues with a talent resource around 1500 and at least two thirds of resource making up of frontline technicians.
We have an opening for HR Director, Singapore Thailand Vietnam

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of HR professionals in Singapore and manage Thailand and Vietnam HR;
- Work closely with Managing Directors and Senior Leadership teams in countries to lead work in a variety of areas including organization change, design and development, talent development and management, strategic partner in supporting business transformation and employee engagement at all levels;
- Assist leaders in aligning behaviours with company values to drive the vision of the organization;
- With the commercial awareness, establish targets that will drive business performance from a people perspective;
- Being an effective change agent and knowledgeable business partner who can influence business decisions and drive change on way of working.
- Drive people work stream on M&A agendas and harmonization activities related to post M&A
- Partners with the business in the deployment of HR and L&D programs
- Oversee basic organisation infrastructure and facilities

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in service related industries, especially with blue collared employees.
- Proven track record on change management.
- Have business understanding and acumen.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and influence without authority.
- Is prepared to be hands on and work with all levels in the organization.
- Willingness to travel as needed within SEA as needed.
- Advantage if experienced with unions and have worked on M&A projects before.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws.

- Full of Passion about people at all levels and be able to quickly bounce back from challenging situations with best solutions.
