- Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities.
- Utilize industry knowledge to research & develop accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and identify compelling events.
- High-level discovery and educational conversations using BANT Methodology
- Book meetings for Field Sales and prepare for handover
- Manage, track, and report on all activities

This position is a unique opportunity for an
**experienced Lead Generation and Sales Development Representative (SDR)** from the technology or computer software sector (i.e. SaaS, Subscription Sales, Perpetual License Sales), with exceptional new business prospecting, lead generation and outbound sales skills.
- Fluent in Japanese to converse with clients in the Japanese market
- Minimum 2 years Inside Sales, SDR and/or Sales experience within Technology or Software
- Cold calling experience
- Excellent Written/Verbal communication skill
- Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Self-disciplined - With good time management and organisation skills, and demonstrate discipline in their process and everyday business
- Possessing high energy and positive attitude

Utilising your expert outbound sales skills and leveraging our established digital marketing organisation, our goal is to identify, research, contact and qualify prospects in across various industries in Japan with the primary goal of booking a meeting for our Field Sales Team. Target industries include Energy Generation, Oil & Gas, Transport, Construction and Engineering.
