**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Maid Employment Agent to join our team. The agent will be responsible for screening, and matching qualified domestic helpers with households in need of domestic support. This role requires excellent communication, and a good understanding of employment regulations related to domestic workers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Find and connect employers with potential domestic helper needs
- Match domestic helpers with employers based on specific needs and preferences
- Provide pre-employment orientation to both helpers and employers
- Ensure proper documentation, processing of work permits, and compliance with government regulations
- Offer post-placement support and mediation services in case of disputes or adjustment issues
- Promote the agency’s services through marketing and customer outreach

**Requirements**:

- CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate in Chinese and English
- Experience in employment agency is preferred, we are totally ok if you want to start with us fresh
