Singapore Republic of Singapore Yacht Club Full time

Provide Food and Beverage services to our Members consistent with the Club standards
- Collect all general requisitions and food and beverage requisitions as required by the Outlet Manager.
- Prepare all mise en place for Restaurant Service according to requirements of daily forecast.
- Assist in preparation of table plans and layout
- Prepare all operating equipment for service
- All condiments, sauces, and accompaniments
- Preparation of table and buffet set up
- Assist in seating Members and Guests. Serve Food and Beverages according to Member’ orders.
- Serve ice water, receive, write, place, pick up and serve Food and Beverage orders.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Friendly and service-orientated personality.
- Good English communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to work 6-days/week, rotating shift work, including weekends & public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
