**Leong San Buddhist Temple, **a vibrant and welcoming Buddhist temple, seeks a passionate and detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Executive to join our team in a part-time capacity with a compressed workweek. This unique schedule allows for greater flexibility and work-life balance while ensuring efficient completion of tasks.

**About the Role**:
Be part of ensuring the smooth financial operations of our Temple In this role, you'll learn valuable skills while handling a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with managing daily receipts, payments, and petty cash.
- Processing donations, including handling donation box monies and online transactions (training provided).
- Preparing checks and payment vouchers (with guidance).
- Ensuring that all the books and documents are properly kept and filed neatly.
- Assisting with banking cash deposits.

- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin essential
- Basic computer skills, desire to learn new software.
- A reliable and committed team player with a positive and adaptable approach.

**Qualifications**:

- No minimum qualification required and fresh graduates are welcome

**Schedule**:

- Part-Time: 4 Days/Week (Weekend work is required.)
- 8.00am to 4.00pm
- Flexible schedule can be discussed.
