Confetto's on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive **Part-Time Accountant**to support our growing business. Whether you're working remotely or prefer an in-person arrangement, we’re flexible for the right person.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update financial records: accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
- Submit CPF contributions and ensure timely payroll processing
- Assist in monthly bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports, including P&L statements
- Handle GST submissions and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines
- Send out Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up on overdue payments
- Make vendor payments and issue client invoicesEnsure adherence to accounting standards and internal processes

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting (bonus if you’ve supported SMEs or digital agencies)
- Familiarity with accounting tools (Xero, QuickBooks, or Excel)
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-orientedAble to commit two days a week
