We are expanding our operations and are looking for energetic and motivated individuals who enjoy working in a friendly and ever-changing environment We are expanding our operations and are looking for experienced individuals to fill the role of **Service Supervisor **for the group.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned outlet
- Ensure high levels of guest service, quality of food, and cleanliness are achieved at all times
- Handle and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Strictly adhere to F&B hygiene policies and procedures
- Handle assigned administration duties
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager

**Requirements**:

- Able to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays (5.5 days / 44 hours per week)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience at the supervisory level in the hotel or F&B industry (experience in a Japanese restaurant will be an advantage)
- Strong leadership, outgoing, service-oriented and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English (and Japanese will be an advantage)
- Proactive, responsible, positive and a good role model
- Highly motivated, excellent customer service and able to work independently and a good team player at the same time
