**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Requirements Gathering**:

- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Identify areas of improvement in current business processes.

**Salesforce System Analysis**:

- Ensure Salesforce configurations are aligned with business requirements and objectives.

**Agile Methodology**:

- Serve as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent role in Agile projects.
- Lead or participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Prioritize product backlog and user stories based on business needs.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team.
- Provide clear communication regarding project progress, risks, and changes in scope.

**Salesforce Best Practices**:

- Recommend Salesforce best practices to optimize system performance and business outcomes.
- Conduct regular system evaluations and propose enhancements.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Diploma or higher in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduates from Business Schools or Engineering disciplines are preferred.

**Certifications**:

- Certified Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (CRT101) is mandatory.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required.

**Experience**:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar roles in Agile projects.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations and an understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Salesforce administration and business analysis methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional team
