Overview
We are seeking a
Salesforce Business Analyst
to act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will gather requirements, analyse processes, and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and value. Your role will ensure that projects are well-defined, user-focused, and delivered to high quality.
Responsibilities
Stakeholder Collaboration
– Partner with business leaders, users, and technical teams to capture and document requirements.
Requirements Translation
– Convert business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
Process Optimisation
– Review current workflows, highlight inefficiencies, and recommend improvements through Salesforce automation and features.
Solution Delivery
– Work with administrators and developers to design, configure, and implement enhancements such as workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
Testing & Validation
– Conduct functional and user acceptance testing to confirm solutions meet requirements.
Data & Insights
– Build meaningful reports and dashboards to support evidence-based decision-making.
User Training & Support
– Deliver training and provide guidance to ensure adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Business-Technology Liaison
– Ensure clear communication and alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Continuous Improvement
– Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry practices, applying them where relevant.
Strategic Contribution
– Identify opportunities to use Salesforce to support broader organisational objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or equivalent role.
Solid knowledge of Salesforce functionality, ideally including Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Strong skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, and user story creation.
Hands-on experience creating reports and dashboards.
Strong communication and presentation skills across varied audiences.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst).
Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
