
Accounts Executive

**Job Objectives/Job Summary**:
Full set of accounts (finance operations & reporting) in a listed company environment. He/she is responsible in XBRL and GST filing, accounts payable & receivable function, debit/credit notes, accounting data entries, prepared audit/ tax schedules, assist to prepare consolidation accounts/update note to accounts and other accounts and finance related tasks as being assigned.
**Essential Functions/Responsibilities/Duties**:
- Handle and close full set of accounts
- Prepare GST submission quarterly and tax submission
- Handle AP and AR activities
- Prepare monthly accounts schedules
- Any other duties as assigned
**Job Specifications/Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Studies/Accountancy or any equivalent professional accountancy qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in related field
- Hands-on in accounts receivables and payables processes
- Familiar in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
- Willingness to work flexible schedule during peak period, able to meet timeline and work under pressure environment
- Must possess the right working attitude

Pay: From $2,600.00 per month
