**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**

Support the Head of Information Security in the development and execution the organisation's cybersecurity strategy.

**Stakeholder Engagement**

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Legal, to align security objectives with organisational needs.

**Security Operations**

Manage and optimise areas such as Bug Bounty Program, Privileged Accounts Management (PAM), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP), Phishing Simulation and Security Incident Response.

**Security Architecture and Engineering**

Evaluate and select security systems/vendors and implement security initiatives with the objective of strengthening the organisation’s cybersecurity stance.

**Policy and Framework Development**

Create and implement security policies and standards, ensuring compliance with suitable frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.

**Compliance and Governance**

Support audit and compliance with key regulations and standards, including ISO 27001, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and other industry benchmarks and contribute to achieving and maintaining security certifications.

**Reporting and Metrics**

Regularly update the Head of Information Security and leadership on security posture, risks, and initiatives. Develop KPIs to measure security program effectiveness.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Degree in Computer Science or Cyber Security with at least 7 years of cybersecurity experience.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH and AWS Security.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity roles, with project management and stakeholder management experience.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of exploiting vulnerabilities.
- Knowledge of risk management, BCP, security frameworks such NIST, ISO2700, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), GDPR and/or Technology Risk Management Frameworks (e.g., MAS TRM)
- Excellent oral/written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Positive mindset, open-minded, flexible and proactive.
- Experience in managing cyber security vendors.
