Lead Generation Telemarketer

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team in Singapore. As a Lead Generation Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and expanding our client base through outbound calls.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our software solutions and services and set appointments for our sales team
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and probing techniques
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by following up on leads and nurturing relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, demos, and follow-up calls with qualified leads
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update customer information
- Assist in creating and implementing telemarketing campaigns to promote company offerings and generate sales opportunities
- Use social media analytics tools to track engagement metrics and identify opportunities for lead generation
- Leverage social media platforms to identify and connect with potential clients
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion
- Assist with other sales and marketing activities as needed

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences and build relationships over the phone
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
