As a telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base.

**Job Description:
As a telemarketer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services over the phone. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a vibrant work environment to help you excel in your role. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and identifying their needs.
- Building rapport and establishing strong relationships with prospects, overcoming objections, and effectively articulating the value proposition of our offerings.
- Qualifying leads and determining their suitability for our products and services.
- Following a structured sales script while adapting your approach to individual customer requirements.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Accurately recording customer information, interactions, and sales details in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales team to share market insights, customer feedback, and suggestions for improvement.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record as a telemarketer or similar sales / customer service role
- Proficient in spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and use of telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Warm, welcoming and approachable voice
- Excellent skills in negotiation and dealing with customers’ objections
- Patient and composed in the face of customers’ objections and feedback
- Highly independent, disciplined and takes initiative
- Possess at least a diploma
