Job Responsibilities
Purchase Requisition Management:
- Perform centralized function to raise Purchase Requisition for Catalog and Non-Catalog items.- Collaborate with various departments to gather procurement requirements.- Create and review purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement policies.
Goods Receipt and Inspection:
- Oversee the receipt and inspection of goods to verify quantity, quality, and conformance to specifications.- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of goods received.
Inventory Control:
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.- Regularly monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.- Monitor & replenish Inventory for centralized store.
Invoice Reconciliation:
- Match purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices to validate accuracy.- Resolve discrepancies and ensure invoices are processed for payment in a timely manner.
Reports:
- Perform data entries for reports.- Update Overtime Report for the hotel team
Reports:
- Perform ad-hoc duties as instructed by the manager.- Update Overtime Report for the hotel team
Job Requirements
Education & Certification- Minimum Nitec in related field
Experience- 3-4 years’ experience in clerical work
Other Prerequisites- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook and MS PowerPoint, in particular)- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and copiers- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work- Attention to detail and problem solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
