Our client, in the financial services industry, is currently looking to hire a HR Analyst to join them on a 1 year contract basis. This role will have high potential to be converted to a permanent staff.

**The Role**

You will be tasked with handling end to end recruitment process from job postings to preparation of offer letters, onboarding, renewal of passes, payroll processing, monitoring HR policies to ensure they are in compliance, assisting with annual performance review, supporting training and development initiatives, as well as act as the go to person for all HR matters relating to employees.

**Your Profile**

You should have a degree, with specialization in Human Resource Management and possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a HR capacity. You are proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.), have good knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws, and have the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
