Singapore MEAD JOHNSON NUTRITION (ASIA PACIFIC) PTE. LTD. Full time

Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be working with senior management to provide high level professional and operational HR advice to all employees across Singapore Regional Office, while managing a team of HR professionals.

You will partner with other HR professionals to execute and provide detailed insights on current HR strategies and objectives. The role will focus on forming strong partnerships with business leaders across ASEAN, to assess the growth and organizational needs of the business and provide insights on the functional depth of talent as well as on succession planning and talent management. You will support and coach leaders at different levels, leveraging a dynamic culture to engage and energize employees.

Acting as catalyst for change and innovation, you will drive cultural changes to improve organizational effectiveness and embed leadership principles.

**Requirements**:

- Degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
- FMCG, Healthcare, Manufacturing industry experience will be highly preferred.
- At least 8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills especially amongst senior level executives.
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills to communicate across different level.
