Senior Associate - HRBP

As a Senior Associate - People Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in aligning our people initiatives with Vialto's strategic goals. You will serve as a vital link between the business and the broader HR team, providing expert guidance in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Your focus will be on driving a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and contributing to the overall success of Vialto through effective people strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with managers and senior leadership to ensure HR strategies are aligned with business goals and objectives, supporting Vialto's overall mission.
- Serve as a trusted business partner, providing expertise and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including compliance, performance management, and policy interpretation. Work collaboratively with the global HR team as needed.
- Deliver effective career coaching to employees, fostering high performance and professional development. Support individuals in navigating their career paths within the organization.
- Proactively assess employee performance and engagement levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance workplace culture.
- Address employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring a fair and equitable resolution process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering, talent management, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance issues.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
