**Overview of job**
We are currently looking for an Ad Tech and Operations Manager to join us.
**Reporting of the role**:
This role reports to: APAC Media Hub Lead.

**In this role, your goals will be**:
In three months
- Audit, access and familiarise yourself with existing Ad Tech / GMP set up, processes and guidelines across APAC markets for CP
- Support on transition of digital and performance efforts to newly created regional performance hub and facilitate transfer for Ad Tech accounts and platforms
- Review digital transformation roadmaps and develop plans to address necessary Ad Tech requirements
- Manage external Ad Ops team, ensuring best practices are being followed and efficient campaign delivery for all local markets
- Handle Ad Ops / tracking requests for regional led initiatives
In six months
- Own GMP tech stack within the region, and be comfortable with handling Ad Tech, Programmatic and Ad Operations requests autonomously and advise on best practice guidelines
- Take ownership of internal reporting dashboards and support on connecting media data to wider client dashboards
- Work with Data analysts to ensure all relevant data points are tracked in line with KPI and measurement frameworks, as well as Audience Director to ensure relevant audiences are set up and shared across platforms
- Have built relationships with relevant contacts in APAC markets and key tech partners
- Support with integrating integration of Ad Tech stack with wider client Mar Tech platforms
In 12 months
- Strategically advise ad tech solutions that will support digital transformation efforts and drive business growth
- Fully supporting and maintaining tech stack which will support the needs of all relevant agency teams
- Regularly updating and maintaining tech stack in line with evolving Regional and Global Guidelines - supporting in global initiatives to roll out in APAC
**What your day job looks like at Wavemaker**:
- Work with Client, GMS teams, and AdOps team to drive Data Driven Marketing initiatives and projects across key APAC markets
- Lead in all tagging, tracking, 1PD data, and GMP conversations.
- Support of stack implementation (DSP, DMP, Social, Ad verification, ad server, site analytics) across all markets/brands
- Ensuring best practices are being followed by local markets, from naming conventions to tagging
- Gather and cascade best practices from Global team across markets
- Advise on impact of reporting from any Ad Tech / Operations set up or changes
- Assist in set up and maintenance of Regional Reporting dashboards
- Ensure relevant Viewability tracking is in place and Brand Safety guidelines are being adhered to
- Management of requests and service delivery from external Ad Ops team
- Defining data collection and tagging requirements against planning frameworks defined
- Supporting Analytics team in analysing campaigns via ad server or analytics to enhance insights to key stakeholders
- Training for local market teams on tech stack and ad serving processes
- Project Management, working closely with WPP ecommerce partners
**What you'll bring**:
- 4-5 years’ experience hands on experience with Tag Management Systems, Ad Servers, DSP, Social and Paid Search platforms
- Proven working knowledge of the Digital Ad Technology Ecosystem
- Advanced use of GA for website and campaign tracking / optimisation
- Proficient knowledge of key Ad Serving and Analytics Platforms (Google Marketing Platform Tech Stack, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, DSP Platforms, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
- Previous use of Viewability and Brand Safety Tracking technology is advantageous (e.g. DoubleVerify)
- Previous knowledge or experience working with enterprise level dashboards (Tableau, Datorama, etc.) and CRM platforms (Salesforce) would be advantageous
- Familiar with the Programmatic landscape and requirements to deliver Data Driven Marketing
- Excellent campaign management skills and experience to ensure delivery across media channels
- Good project management skills to work closely with key agency WPP agency partners and local market teams
