Singapore POSH PROJECTS PTE. LTD. Full time

Responsible to the HOD for marketing / commercial operations and to develop immediate and medium-term strategies, marketing policies, markets, products and pricing to grow POSH market share.
- Overseeing the day-to-day commercial functions through distributing and delegating the work to commercial staff effectively.
- Overseeing the day-to-day administration of the department and ensuring that all company instructions are adhered to.
- Ensure all marketing inquiries / quotation been effectively attended and to vet all workings before next level approval by HOD.
- Ensure all contracts are executed diligently by ensuring proper execution of projects / charterers.
- Formulating and implementing marketing plans & strategies as directed by HOD with the objective of serving continued growth and profitability.
- Develop and cultivate closer customer relations, plan regular marketing visits both local and overseas to stay in touch with new developments and to foster close client relationship both existing and new.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Review tender requirements and prepare tender submission.
- Coordinate with various departments in the company to ensure that vessel meet clients’ requirements and ensure timely delivery of vessel to client.
- Country marketing manager for Korea.
- Any other tasks as directed by HOD.
