[What the role is]

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Life Coach & Innovative Project Lead to join our vibrant team. This unique position offers the opportunity to combine your life coaching expertise with your project management skills to empower young minds and shape the future of our student experience.

**[What you will be working on]**

**Life Coach**:

- Provide individual and group coaching to students from diverse backgrounds, focusing on academic, career, and personal development goals.
- Facilitate workshops and activities related to leadership development, goal setting, and life skills.
- Build strong relationships with learners and serve as a trusted mentor and advisor.

**Innovative Project Lead**:

- Manage and oversee innovative digital projects designed to streamline administrative/student development processes and/or enhance the learners' experience.
- Collaborate with IT vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through a strong understanding of youth needs, institutional goals, and technological advancements.

**Event Leadership**:

- Plan, organize, and lead impactful events and activities such as club competitions, freshmen orientation, and student development programs.
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external partners to curate meaningful experiences for learners.

**[ **What we are looking for]**
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or a similar technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching, youth development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of current youth issues and challenges.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience in planning, organizing, and leading successful events and programs.
- Good understanding of project management principles is preferred.
- Interest in exploring innovative digital solutions and leveraging IT skills to enhance student experience.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
