[What the role is]
Design, and implementation of targeted development programs for NYP Scholarship Program and Student Life Academy, including program refinement via a data-driven approach.

**[What you will be working on]**
- Design and implement a targeted development program focused on essential skills for scholarship interviews and admissions processes, such as in critical thinking, leadership, and communication.
- Organize workshops, mock interviews, and mentorship sessions with industry experts and alumni to enhance scholars' readiness for future challenges.
- Coordinate with educational institutions and industry leaders to provide additional resources, including mentorship, real world project opportunities, preparatory courses, and certification programs, to better equip scholars for their academic and professional journey.
- Utilize feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements to the Capstone Program.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the program and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Support and organize Student Life Academy's programs and department's key events.

**[ **What we are looking for]**
- Relevant qualifications in Education, Instructional Design and Development, Event Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis for program refinement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for organizing workshops, mock interviews, and mentorship sessions.
- Knowledge of scholarship interviews, admissions processes, and key performance indicators in educational programs is an advantage.
- Experience in curriculum design, training program development, and educational resource coordination is an advantage.
