Teads is seeking a **HR Operations Executive, APAC** based in Singapore, to join our growing HR team. This individual will be responsible for managing HR generalist activities across the APAC Region.

**What You Will Do**
- Responsibility for employees standard 'data life cycle' on the HR database.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding tasks in an accurate and high-speed manner
- Maintain and update the HR database with new joiner information.
- Producing standard letters such as employment contracts, probation letters and updating the HR database with any changes/amends to employee employment.
- Responding to external reference requests.
- Ensuring electronic and paper files are up to date and filed

**Who we are looking for**
- University degree in Business or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR as a generalist
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Driven and strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and excel in a dynamic fast-paced environment
