**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the Accounts Receivables functions of the Hotel and retails shops:
For the Hotel,

a. Record daily cash collections and initiate due-backs where necessary.

b. Ensure accuracy in journal entries for all revenue and receipts by working closely with the Front Office and Reservation teams.

c. Monitor closely collections from OTA and hotel guests to minimize bad debts.

d. Perform monthly physical spot checks on cash floats at Front Office.

For the retail shops,

a. Issue invoices to retail tenants, perform direct credit collections and

liaise closely with hotel administrator for all matters pertaining to retail tenants.

b. Ensure proper filing of tenancy agreements.

2. Handle the Accounts Payable function of the Hotel’s F&B business at the Executive Lounge.

3. Assist in quarterly physical stock-take for Housekeeping’s amenities and minibar items.

4. Assist with audit related matters including liaising with external auditors.

5. Other ad-hoc duties if required.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 2 years of accounting experience preferred with Diploma in Accounting/Business studies or LCCI intermediate or higher certificate can be considered.

2. Knowledge in Infor HMS and Microsoft Dynamic NAV will be an advantage.

3. Meticulous, and a good team player.

4. Positive work attitude and able to work independently.
