3+ years working experience in a similar role
Educated to degree level in engineering or science discipline
Experience working within production support within a financial service organization
Good system knowledge of Unix/Linux, Windows Server, Messaging Middleware (MQ, EMS, RV), Relational Databases and networks
Strong experience with UNIX shell scripts and Python
Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Troubleshooting experience in Front Office Equities trading
Knowledge of stock loan rules and guidelines across Asia cash markets
Proactive, has initiative, diligent, hardworking. Willing to learn
Team player as well as being able to work independently, ability and experience in leading a team would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Able to work under pressure in time sensitive trading environment
Experience with ITRS,.NET, Ansible, AMPS, Autosys and Tableau would be an added advantage
