**Job Description
**_Finance _**
- Responsible for handling full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL) including month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare & review financial statements incompliance to finance reporting standards, tax forms & company’s GST preparation, reporting & timely submission of annual returns.
- Data Entry, Documents Filing and Bookkeeping; ensure HR and Finance databases are kept up to date
- Reconcile suppliers’ monthly statement of accounts
- In charge of weekly and monthly bank reconciliation and month end accounts closing procedures
- In charge of audit preparation and procedures
- Liaise with customer for payment on outstanding and overdue invoices
- Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned
**_Human Resource _**
- Prepare monthly payroll and manage other financial aspects.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Positive work attitude, willingness to learn and grow with the Company
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial related software.
**Other Information**:
- Work Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
- 5-day work week
