The Closet Lover is a fashion label based and operated from Singapore. Founded by sister duo, Brianna and Bertilla Wong, the brand has grown over the years and now has a strong retail and online presence in Singapore, Malaysia and Cambodia. Our headquarter and core team is located in Singapore.

At TCL, our brand mission is to build a brand that is focused on family, community and kinship. We believe in reinventing new styles that excite; creating a variety of clothing that can enable every lady to embody true confidence. We’ve accompanied the everyday woman through her moments in life, both big and small, and want to continue to do so as we expand our brand in the region.

**The Marketing team is essentially the face of TCL, and the key bridge of communication between TCL and our customers.** It is here where ideas brim, where we jump straight hands-on to bring our brand to life. Exciting, fast-paced and full of change, the team is where go-getters are able to realise their vision and play a part in growing the TCL brand beyond where it is.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
**Job Managerial**
- Training of marketing team on the essential functions of a TCL marketing member
- Oversee marketing campaign planning
- Ensure that marketing team is on task and working along timeline
- Vetting and editing copies and marketing collateral submissions by team (e.g. captions, social media posts, marketing collaterals such as physical prints or edms)
- Ideation for brand strategy related campaigns
- Oversee branding strategy execution (e.g. delegation and working on KOL decks, brand membership decks, social media posts and feedback loops etc. to align brand to the direction that we are heading)
- Oversee website personalisation execution and delegation of tasks within team for personalisation to be done
- Maintaining brand relations with KOLs and working vendors
- Recruitment for the marketing team

**Campaign / Event based**
- Ideation of campaigns or events
- Liaison with related vendors for campaign/event execution
- Execution and overseeing team for execution of campaign or event
- Supervise and lead the Graphic Design team
- Approve visual artworks of the Graphic Design team
- Train and mentor junior designers and entry-level entrants
- Coach the team in using photograph editing software to enhance images by correcting resolution and composition, cropping images and adjusting tone, colour, saturation and brightness
- Coming up with design concepts for edms, weekly sneaks for upload on social media platforms
- Working alongside the marketing team for the necessary visuals and photoshoots
- Working with a wide range of media including photography; assisting our photoshoots, and videography; editing videos for weekly launches
- Any other work required in the Company
