Now, an exciting new headcount has been added to our international expansion plan. On search is the Regional Manager who's based in Singapore to help us open the Southeast Asian Market.

Key Responsibilities*
Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer in AU, you will be acting like the company’s local Business Partner in the Southeast Asian market, and your duties will include but not limited to:

- Formulate the brand development strategies to bring our AU premium beauty and wellness products to different Southeast Asian markets
- Develop effective local distribution channels to optimize brand exposure and boost the sales revenue
- Initiate online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Identify and propose new business expansion opportunities to CBO to maximize company revenue based on the analysis of the market data and consumer insight
- Build and manage a small team in our Singapore office

**What we require from you**:

- Entrepreneurial nature, with expertise in bringing niche overseas brands to the Southeast Asian market
- Good understanding of the local consumer market
- Solid network with local distributors and a good understanding of different distribution channels in Southeast Asia
- Business acumen with a creative mindset, ability to identify new opportunities, and be ROI driven while implementing a new business plan
- An expert in developing marketing strategies and hands-on experiences in leading various market campaigns
- Strong knowledge of local eCommerce and social media channels (like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Familiar with the Affiliate marketing Program or other Direct-to-Consumer business models
- Bilingual in English and Chinese would be preferred
