- Department: General Management- Location: Singapore- As the Chief of Staff for Lazada Group CEO, the incumbent is to serve as strategic partner and counsel to CEO, while assisting the CEO maintaining cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success. He/she will also be tasked to manage CEO day-to-day duties and strategic projects and assignments.

- Managing day-to-day tasks, building a level of trust with CEO and enabling him/her to focus on larger strategic organizational initiatives:
- Assist CEO to identify the areas where he/she must direct their focus and identifying metrics for success
- Strategically managing CEO time: working with assistant, looking at long term travel calendar, evaluating opportunities and determining fit with priorities.
- Meeting preparation and follow up
- Reviewing Internal and External Communications
- Monitoring information flow

Lead and manage strategic/high profile projects with cross-functional and long-term impact:
- Overseeing large, often cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives.
- Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions.
- Researching, benchmarking, analysing data, and making recommendations.
- Creating systems and processes to streamline operations.

Provide strategic support to CEO on short and long-term business planning, acting as a consultant and cover potential gaps with high level of attention to details. Strategic Planning:
- Short and long-term strategic planning support to the business’s executives that are meant to develop and capitalize business opportunities
- Support annual strategic planning and budgeting for the organisation
- Manage and review key performance indicators
- Support CEO in managing the overall team

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or other related business fields
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in a Corporate Development or Management Consulting functions
- Data analysis and modelling skills with strong business acumen
- Knowledge and familiarity in E-commerce industries is a plus
- Extremely versatile and ability to jump into any roles when required
- Not afraid of managing administrative work and willingness to ‘get onto the ground with hands dirty’
- Adaptive and embrace changes
- Excellent English in both spoken and written
