**About the Role**:
We're looking for a creative and digitally savvy **Digital Marketing Executive - Short-Form Content**to craft compelling bite-sized content that captures attention, drives engagement, and elevates our brand presence. You’ll play a key role in ideating, producing, and distributing short-form videos across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Content Creation**:Plan, script, and produce engaging short-form videos that align with our brand voice and resonate with target audiences.
- **Social Media Execution**:Manage daily posting and scheduling across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- **Trend Spotting**:Monitor trending formats and audio to develop timely and relevant content.
- **Performance Optimisation**:Track metrics like views, engagement, and shares to refine and improve content strategy.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**:Work closely with the creative, product, and marketing teams to support campaign objectives with powerful content.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Passion in Content Creation**:min 1 year in content creation for self or work.
- **Creative Storyteller**:Strong visual storytelling skills with a flair for engaging, humorous, or emotionally resonant content.
