**Job Responsibilities | 职位职责**
- Lead the initial setup of the Singapore finance function, including accounting systems, reporting processes, internal controls, and compliance workflows.主导新加坡财务体系的搭建，包括会计系统、报告流程、内控制度及合规操作规范。
- Oversee full-spectrum financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, fund planning, and statutory reporting.全面负责预算编制、成本控制、财务分析、资金规划及法定报告等工作。
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), IRAS, ACRA, and other regulatory bodies.确保账务记录准确，符合新加坡财务报告准则、税务局及会计与企业管制局等监管要求。
- Manage corporate tax, GST, and group-level cross-border reporting.管理公司所得税、消费税及集团层面的跨境财务报告工作。

**Job Requirements 职位要求**
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.本科及以上学历，财务、会计或相关专业，持有CPA、ACCA等资格者优先。
- Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, preferably with multi-entity or cross-border exposure.
- 至少5年财务管理经验，有多实体或跨国企业工作背景者优先。Familiar with Singapore’s accounting, tax, GST, audit, and statutory requirements; experience in startup or system setup environments is a strong plus.熟悉新加坡会计准则、税务、消费税、审计及法定合规流程；有初创企业或搭建财务系统经验者优先。
- Experience working with China-listed or PRC-headquartered companies and coordinating cross-border reporting.有中国上市公司或中国总部企业工作经验，并参与跨境财务报告者优先。
- Hands-on experience in ERP/accounting systems implementation and process improvement.有ERP/财务系统实施及流程优化的实操经验。
- Strong financial analysis, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.具备良好的财务分析、沟通协调及跨部门协作能力。
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience in dashboard reporting is a plus. 具备仪表板报表制作经验者优先。
