We are a Singapore-based jewellery label offering both ready-to-wear jewellery pieces and jewellery customisation services. As a retail sales supervisor, you will be holding a senior position where you'll be trusted to run the day-to-day operations & directly handle customer bespoke appointments. This means a large proportion of time on sales, customer servicing, jewellery design, and retail operations. You also get to be involved in the client’s wedding journey, creating a unique engagement ring for them. Having knowledge of jewellery and gemstone trade is not necessary as we are willing to provide on-the-job training, although it is certainly an advantage when being considered for the role.

- Able to commit to retail hours including weekends and public holidays

**Responsibilities**
- Direct sales and achieve targets
- Share weekly sales report and insights with the team
- Ensuring the very best levels of customer service; Offering a personal shopping and styling experience to our clients.
- Share weekly sales report and insights with the team

- Working closely with the Operations team to ensure healthy stock levels
- Maintaining a Customer book of key customers and VIP’s.
- Being a brand ambassador reflecting the company core values
- Maintaining the store
- Ad-hoc duties

**Preferred**:

- Sales experience
- Knowledge of the gemstone trade
- Design (either by sketch or computer-aided design)

**Location**:
Orchard

Working hours : 5 days Work | 11am to 8pm

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Base salary negotiable based on experience & skills possessed: Up to $5000 with commissions
- Individual commission based on percentage of sales (no limit)
