We’re looking for Salesforce specialists who can deliver complex Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud projects from strategy, design and configuration through to integration, testing and deployment; all while working alongside both our clients and other delivery disciplines.

**Responsibilities**:
Be an expert in the CRM and Digital Marketing domain and have deep understanding of multiple

Salesforce clouds (Marketing, Sales, Service, Community, etc) and other Martech solutions (Braze,

Segment, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.)

You’ll be responsible for presales, solution development, estimation, pitching, business requirements, technical design, prototyping, development, configuration, testing & training alongside our existing team of Salesforce professionals.

Lead responses to RFPs, drive a presales team to deliver innovative proposals and client presentations

Design architecture for large scale CRM & Martech solutions and lead technology teams through implementation projects

Build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors

Collaborate with digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create innovative, market leading solutions

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ year experience as a Solution Architect
- Experience responding to complex RFPs in industries such as Financial Services and

Government
- 5+ years experience with Salesforce solutions - Sales, Service, Marketing, Community,

Heroku, Platform, etc
- Understanding of Marketing Technology space and knowledge of the wider cloud ecosystem.
- Hands-on consulting and/or marketing technology implementation experience.
- Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. technical lead, functional lead, workstream lead, solution architect, project manager)
- Experience defining tech strategy, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions
- Experience with project management and delivery
- Salesforce Certification(s) are a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
