**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day-to-day operations and management of a dormitory
- Monitors the briefing of house rules and regulations for newly registered workers.
- Liaison with government authorities/ statutory boards and engineers on all approval matters relating to management, security, and maintenance of the building
- To oversee and supervise the duties of the security team, maintenance team, cleaning personnel, and vendors with whom the dormitory has service agreements.
- Records check-in/check-out movement in the system with assistance from the Security Team
- Attend any emergencies at the dormitory.
- Reports violation of dormitory house rules and files incident reports
- Clear record keeping of workers' work-site and company
- Support team during any outbreak or emergency such as COVID-19.
- Monitor meal catering matters.
- As and when instructed to perform any other assignments.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
