**Job Scopes**
- Grow the e-commerce business on marketplaces namely Lazada and Shopee to reach sales targets and boost online brand awareness through:
- Planning and executing promotion campaigns
- Increase followers on Official Stores
- Working closely with ecommerce enabler to handle day-to-day e-commerce operations, such as customer service, order fulfilment, inventory management, after-sales and invoicing control.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Be creative and support the team to brainstorm, develop, and execute campaign-level activities
- Work closely with designer to ensure shop banners, ads, product listings and product description pages are attention-grabbing, informative and updated timely
- Conduct data analysis to generate data-driven market insights to drive promotions
- Drive follower growth and engagement through various initiatives
- Monitor key competitors’ activities and performances and various analytics to identify viable ideas, trends, and growth patterns
- Plan and manage influencer initiatives during campaign periods, where necessary
**Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Business/Marketing
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in ecommerce, paid ads, SEO and SEM will be advantageous
- Ability to multi-task and well organised with good time management
- Be able to work under a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Analytical and able to problem solve
- Attention to detail and understanding of beauty/fashion and e-commerce trends
- Takes initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good command of English and Chinese, with written communication skills
- Basic computer skills - PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Is passionate about e-commerce and well versed with social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Xiao Hong Shu, etc.
