
Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy**:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share in the manufacturing industry.
- **Team Leadership**:Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and motivating sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets.
- **Customer Relationships**:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- **Sales Process**:Streamline and optimize the sales process, ensuring it is efficient and effective, from lead generation to closing deals.
- **Market Analysis**:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Revenue Growth**:Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, monitor performance against sales KPIs, and report on progress to the management team.
- **Sales Forecasting**:Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, including sales pipeline, to assist in production planning and resource allocation.
- **Budget Management**:Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring cost control and maximizing ROI.
- **Product Knowledge**:Maintain a deep understanding of the company's manufacturing capabilities, product offerings, and innovations to effectively communicate and promote them to clients.
- **Compliance**:Ensure that all sales activities and transactions are in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management within the manufacturing industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical skills to assess sales data and market trends.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, products, and industry dynamics.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
