**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders such as booker and staff on flight deployment
- Allocate duties to staff based on service requirements
- Prepare On-day reports
- Prepare daily deployment and raise authorisation forms
- Be constantly alert on procedures and existing SOP with business partners
- Must have the team work spirit amongst colleagues of all levels so as to ensure all work flow can be executed diligently.
- Consistently have a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times when on duty to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Other ad-hoc duties

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to work on shift rotation, weekends and public holidays
- Able to keep up with the fast and dynamic pace
- Able to manage staff effectively
- Familiar with Changi Airport’s rules and regulation is an advantage
- Possess Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and IT Savvy
- Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated and responsible
- Training will be provided
