**Get to know the Role
As the service director for ServiceNow (ITSM) you will be responsible for end to end managing GXS internal service management platform:
Lead service operations of outsourced support team: incident, request management, day to day operations and housekeeping.
Identify and implement automation and integration opportunities related to GXS's service management platform and drive implementation with respective internal teams.
Driving value for GXS through exploiting adoption of ITSM : find business opportunities by proactively working together with other internal IT or business stakeholders, create solutions that add value, deliver and support them excellence
Manage demand pipeline and delivery capacity and capability both in-house and with our partners (operational, tactical and strategic )
Govern outsourced partner, internal stakeholders and budget.

**The must-have skills
**Very strong technical and functional experience with ITSM solutions (e.g. preferred ServiceNow, alternatively BMC RemedyForce, Remedy or other market leaders) incl. implementation and support.
Strong working ITIL knowledge on service operations and service management as a practitioner. Experience with different project management approaches (e.g. waterfall, agile)
Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to co-create long-term business & technology roadmaps and improve engagement models
Vendor / stakeholder and people management skills, experience with RFP’s, procurement processes and budgeting
Excellent soft skills - able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Open-minded, creative and innovative.
