As a Strategic Insights & Analytics Sr. Manager, you will leverage data and high-quality insights, anchored in data and facts, to impact business results and growth.

What You’ll Do for Us

Create insights that support our strategy.
Connect insights to support the OU Strategic growth lead in framing and aligning on prioritization of key issues and opportunities.
Support Franchise Strategy Leads by helping them leverage insights across multiple data points to localize and enhance the Franchise Strategy.
Build future insight capabilities for the OU and for the Global Enterprise.

Qualifications & Requirements

+12 years of Business and/or functional experience in Research/Strategy/Analytics related areas
Proven leadership trajectory and influencing a senior leadership team

**Key knowledge requirements**:
Mastery of (required)

Synthesis and storytelling to translate data and insights into powerful business stories
Intermediate to advance analytics foundations to read, interpret and challenge different analytical tools
Problem framing and problem-solving capabilities to better direct research and analysis requirements; comfort with ambiguity

**Critical thinking around industry and competitive assessment**: business and execution strategy
Research design fundamentals (sampling, statistics, hypothesis definition, and evaluation)

**Systemic thinking**: integrating different pieces to create a whole picture

Broad expertise in (good to have)

AI/machine learning basics to explore innovation in analytical methodologies
Understand continuous tracking methodologies to connect properly with Platform Services
Bottling partners key data sources and recurring analysis methodologies
Broader system knowledge in other KO functions or experience with global projects impacting
