We are seeking a seasoned Business Analytics Expert to drive business insights, forecasting, and analytics efforts for several inline and pipeline products with a focus in Asia.

The main objective of this role is to deliver market and sales analysis to maximize product value, coordinate the forecasting process relative to allocated product, and deliver strategic insights via market research to relevant teams.

This role will be one of the key points of contact with a diverse set of affiliate partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Lead data and AI transformation initiative in software/gaming domain.
  • Develop robust BI dashboards using Tableau and modern analytics tools.
  • Manage and optimize data pipelines and analytics workflows.
  • Apply prompt engineering, LLM fine-turning, and model deployment techniques.
  • Create advanced data visualizations and interactive dashboards for storytelling.
  • Implement data warehouse design, data modeling, and SQL-based analysis.
  • Document systems, ensure version control, and drive change management initiatives.
  • Lead team of business analysts and provide guidance.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in relevant disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience in business analysis, data analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for database analysis.
  • Deep experience with Tableau development, dashboard performance optimization, and governance.
  • Experienced in requirement gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to connect with international clients.
  • Background in software/gaming domain preferred.
  • Regional experience preferred.
