Job Title: Strategic Financial Analyst

This role offers a unique opportunity for detail-oriented and results-driven individuals to drive strategic initiatives across various departments. You will analyze the effectiveness of investments, translate complex data into actionable insights, and present recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leaders in Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Product to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Analyze investment effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain robust tools, dashboards, and data infrastructure to clearly communicate spending and performance.
  • Design and implement governance processes to manage financial expenditures and mitigate risk.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, quantitative marketing, FP&A, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • In-depth experience with data analysis, report creation, and database querying (e.g., SQL).
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic business insights and effectively present recommendations to senior management.
  • Hands-on experience with statistical methods and tools (e.g., R) for forecasting and impact measurement.
