The role will need to have effective relationships with regional leadership to support the delivery of regional cyber & security goals and operate an effective security risk management regime against an agreed security risk mitigation strategy. The program lead will support the execution of cyber and security operations programs/projects across the region. Executions include working with multiple security, IT and engineering leadership and stakeholders to identify and plan physical and cybersecurity work to meet/exceed corporate requirements. A seasoned regional lead with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a drive to follow-up and document commitments with diverse stakeholders;
- Good understanding of cyber & security programs implemented in a regional operational concept.
- Experience in managing cyber and security projects/programs such as Cyber Threat Monitoring, Data Loss Prevention and Insider Threat Monitoring.
- Comfortable in translating complex technical details into simplified presentation proposals to communicate and gain approvals from senior leadership or business representatives.
- Ability to work with stakeholders in business and technology groups who are based in various locations as required by the projects.
- Be assertive, inquisitive and creative to assure timely outcomes.
- Strong technical background in cloud, digital infrastructure / security concepts is desired.

**The day-to-day activities**:

- Support global and regional ad-hoc/project-based initiatives in execution.
- Identify, record, escalate and maintain project and operational risks.
- Partner with project managers, security teams assigned to projects to collectively engage stakeholders where needed to ensure the smooth delivery of regional projects.
- Be responsible for the execution, budget and quality of projects directly assigned, including the transition from build to run and the communication strategy to all impacted parties
- Analyse and identify gaps for in-region execution of processes and controls with CISO functional teams; ensure remediation of any control gaps linked to in-region execution.
- Guide regional CISO teams on change standards and ensure standards and processes are upheld and clearly defined to deliver business benefits.
- Provide regular management business updates on actions plans aligned to strategic goals.
- Be flexible, demonstrate desire to learn and to be able deal with ambiguity and uncertainty.

**The must-haves**:

- Degree in Computer Science / Technology-related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Professional information security certification (e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc) is strongly recommended.
- Possess excellent communication, sharp analytical abilities with proven design skills, able to think critically of the current system in terms of growth and stability.
- Cloud computing experience is required
- Regional language experience is advantageous.
